At Sosi’s Home, every item is handmade with care to ensure quality and satisfaction. Because many of our products are custom or personalized, all sales are final once production has begun. However, your happiness matters to us — so please read the details below.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items (such as mugs, tumblers, shirts, or embroidered gifts) unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. After that time, materials may already be in use and cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Issues

Sosi’s Home is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist with tracking and filing claims when possible.
